The History of Greens Norton Cricket Club
Much of the club's history has been passed down anecdotally as written records
have proved hard to come by. There are still those alive in the village today,
however, who can testify in person that cricket has been played here since World
War II. Some of those individuals will tell you that they believe it was played
well before then but on an occasional basis.
For anybody who is interested (and this will probably include many who have played in recent years as well as current players) we do have some archived material. The oldest of this available at present is from 1980. Please follow the links below:
